Lesson 3: Testing knowledge base accuracy

Follow the steps to complete the third lesson, in which you generate and view the reports and graphs that indicate how your knowledge base performs.

1. Click Reports from the Analysis menu, or click on the toolbar.
2. In the View Reports window, select individual graphs to display:
   1. In the Summary Reports (htm) area, select Knowledge Base Data Sheet and Knowledge Base Summary.
   2. In the Graphs area, select Cumulative Success and Total Precision vs. Recall.
   3. In the Open Selected Graphs As area, select Classification Workbench View.
   
3. Click OK. The selected reports and graphs are displayed. View this information to assess the performance of your knowledge base.
