Exporting and importing Application Modernization Accelerator data

After you have installed Application Modernization Accelerator, you can access the URL from your browser as described in the installation instructions to manage your workspace data.

When you access the URL, you land on the Welcome screen for the UI.

Exporting data from Application Modernization Accelerator

Procedure

  1. Launch the Application Modernization Accelerator UI.
  2. Click the Bulk Export icon in the header.Select the Bulk Export Icon in header

Importing data to Application Modernization Accelerator

About this task

You can import multiple workspaces by consolidating them into a single archive.

Procedure

  1. Zip all individual workspace zip files into a single zip file.
  2. Rename this new zip file to the name of the workspace you want to create.
  3. Click the Bulk Import option in the UI.Bulk Import option to import all the zip files

  4. Select the zip file from the modal and click Upload.
    The file is uploaded to the server.

Results

Once the bulk import is successful, the workspaces contained in the zip file are displayed in the Workspaces section of the landing page.
