Image loader

The image loader allows you to load the control program, keypoints, E-type programs, and the E-type startup program segments to an inactive z/TPF image.

The z/TPF system can be in any system state. The offline image loader creates a TLD tape, general data set (GDS), and virtual file reader (VRDR) which the programs to be loaded.
