Utilization adjustment

Under the Workload License Charges (WLC) agreement, charges are based on the utilization capacity of the LPARs where the subcapacity-eligible product runs; that is, you are charged only for the resources that are used by the LPARs where the z/TPF system is running. IBM® reduces the reported utilization for selected z/TPF system programs and utilities, which means that IBM adjusts the price for running these programs and utilities.
