Complete the following steps:
  1. Verify that the tape was postprocessed correctly to generate the binary file.
  2. Ensure that the binary file is in a group directory under the tape directory instead of in the tape directory. For example, the tape.bin binary file must be in the /tape-dir/group-dir/tape.bin directory not the /tape-dir/tape.bin directory.
  3. Run runtime metrics collection again.
  4. If the problem continues, contact IBM Software Support and provide the following information:
    • The binary file
    • Log messages from the logging file
