Explanation
Integrity checks failed for 
the 64-bit IBM® MQ memory table.

System action
The system takes one of the following actions:

If the z/TPF system was in NORM state 
at the time of the error, a system IPL is performed. 

If the z/TPF system had not cycled 
to NORM state by the time the error occurred, the 
entry control block 
(ECB) that encountered the error exits.
