removeLocalRepositoryBundle command
Use the removeLocalRepositoryBundle command to remove a bundle or composite bundle from the bundle repository that is included in the product.
To run the command, use the AdminTask object of the wsadmin scripting client.
The wsadmin scripting client is run from Qshell. For more information, see Configuring Qshell to run WebSphere® Application Server scripts.
- For a list of the available OSGi Applications commands in Jython and a brief
description of each command, enter the following command at the wsadmin prompt:
print AdminTask.help('OSGiApplicationCommands')
- For overview help on a given command, enter the following command at the wsadmin
prompt:
print AdminTask.help('command_name')
After using the command, save your changes to the configuration repository by using the following command:
Purpose
This command removes a bundle or composite bundle from the internal bundle repository.
You cannot delete a bundle if it is contained in, or referenced by, a composite bundle. You must delete the composite bundle first, then delete the bundle.
Target object
The specified bundle.
Required parameters
- -symbolicName bundle_symbolic_name
- One of the following:
- The non-localizable name for this bundle.
- The bundle symbolic name of this composite bundle.
- -version bundle_version
- One of the following:
- The version of this bundle.
- The version of this composite bundle.
n.n.n, for example1.1.0. The bundle symbolic name, together with the bundle version, uniquely identifies a bundle.
