X'E034' DFSQMRG0 - ERROR GET/REL AN AWE

Explanation
 A DFSBCB GET or REL for an AWE block received
a nonzero return code.

Programmer response
 R15 contains the return code from the DFBCB
GET call. This is either an internal error, or insufficient storage
was available in the control region private area.
