X'9028' ERROR FREEING BUFFER DURING CLEANUP

Explanation
 During clean up of a query request at termination
of the QCF client, the query buffer obtained by the DFSSQQRY call
was freed with a DFSPOOL request; a nonzero return code was returned
on the call.

Programmer response
 The query buffer address is in REG3
of the REG0-15 save area. The return code is in REG15. This is an IMS error.
