Explanation
 DFSQMR10 received an invalid include or exclude
entry type from the QCF BMP.

Programmer response
 The MRQSELCT pointer in MRQWORK points
to the include or exclude table. Reg4 in QMRWESAV in MRQWORK contains
the address of the entry (MRSELROW) in error. This is an IMS or MRQ error.
