X'102C' MSG DEST FLAG NOT EXPECTED LTERM

Explanation
The message destination control block is a CNT type (either an LTERM or
MSC MSNAME). However, the destination type flag in the message is not a CNT
type.

Programmer response
Locate the message destination type flag (MSGDFLG2) of the message; it
should be a CNT type (hex 82 = CNT type, hex 81 = SMB type). If the flag is
an 81 (SMB type), then the destination name at MSGODSTN in the message prefix
was an SMB type when the message was originally created, but now the resource
name is a CNT type. The destination control block address is in REG1 in the
REG14-12 save area, and the block is at QTPDST.
