Explanation

Locate the MSGODSTN name in the message and verify that it is a valid local
LTERM, MSNAME, or a local or remote TRANSACTION CODE. If the extended terminal
option (ETO) was included at SYSGEN and the name is a dynamic LTERM, verify
that ETO is enabled. The FINDEST parameter list used to locate the name is
at PSTDCA.
