Changing the security system specification

When you create the runtime members for the hub Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server, appropriate parameters are generated for the security system that you selected.

If you must convert to another security system, change the security system specification in the RTE configuration profile (RTE_SECURITY_USER_LOGON). For the change to take effect, you must recreate the runtime members for the monitoring server before you recycle the monitoring server started task. For Configuration Manager, use the GENERATE action to recreate the runtime members. For PARMGEN, use the $PARSE or $PARSESV (if variables are enabled) composite job.
