Explanation
The REXX exec issued the TSO/E CALL command. The request was
intercepted and processed as a KCIEXEC command. A command parameter was not
recognized.
System action
The command is not processed, and the exec throws an exception. The results of the exec are unpredictable unless the exec handles error conditions.
