Explanation

Operator response

Check the RKPDLOG to see if the persistent data store is down or has abended. Shutdown the persistent data store adress space, collect RKPDLOG and RKLVLOG, and any SVCDUMP produced and send to IBM Software Support. Restart the persistent data store address space.
