Explanation
 A nonzero trace table size was specified for a
disabled, interactive trace user with a retained trace environment.
The trace table size cannot be changed when the user is re-enabled.

System action
 The command completes successfully, but the newly-specified
trace table size is ignored.

User response
 If
a new trace table size is desired, disable
the user with the KEEP=NO option to delete the user’s trace environment.
Then re-enable the user with a new trace table size.
