Explanation

A TLVLOG SWITCH request has been accepted. TMS:Engine will allocate a new RKLVLOG SYSOUT file and begin recording on it. Then close and release the old RKLVLOG file. This message is followed by KLVLW022 and KLVLW023, which report successful processing.
