KLVDM021 `name` IS ALREADY DEFINED: `library`(`dialog`) LINE(`line`)

Explanation
 The
SSPL variable name is defined
more than once in the DECLARE section of dialog, dialog. library is
the DD name that contains the dialog. line is the
location where the error was detected.

System action
 The dialog compilation fails.
