Explanation

A parameter that requires a value was entered with the value omitted, for example: 

START KOBCICS,ROWS,COLS=80,...
rather than 

START KOBCICS,ROWS=24,COLS=80,...

System action

OMEGAMON ignores the command.

Re-enter the command with an = and a value after the parameter name.
