Status monitoring commands
Status monitoring commands start with the
show keyword. After you start a
monitoring command, the result is information about the specific configuration or status provider.
Because monitoring is about status, the information does not include displaying configuration data.- For status monitoring
- The general format is as follows.
show provider - For configuration data
- The general format is as
follows.
show class [name]In the previous syntax, class is equivalent to the name of the command to enter a specific configuration mode and name is the name of a specific instance of that configuration. Without the optional name parameter, the command displays the configuration of all instances of that class.
For example, to show the configuration for all XML manager instances, enter the following command.show xml-managerHowever, to show the configuration for only thedefaultXML manager, enter the following command.show xml-manager defaultNote: The show profile status monitoring command is for the profiling of stylesheets. To view the configuration of cryptographic profiles, use the show cryptoprofile command when in global mode.
