Message filter action commands
Message filter action mode provides the commands to create or modify a message filter action.
To enter the mode, use the global monitor-action command. To delete a message filter action, use the no monitor-action command.
While in this mode, use the commands in the following table to define a message filter action.
- To view the current configuration, use the show command.
- To restore default values, use the reset command.
- To exit this configuration mode without saving changes to the running configuration, use the cancel command.
- To exit this configuration mode and save changes to the running configuration, use the exit command.

| block-interval | This command sets the duration during which an over-threshold message is denied service. |
| log-priority | This command sets the priority of the log event when a control procedure is triggered. |
| summary | This command specifies the brief, descriptive summary for the object instance. |
| type | This command sets the control procedure to trigger when a monitored message type exceeds its threshold value. |
