Starting the solution in a single-server environment

To start IBM® Water Operations for Waternamics, first start the IBM Intelligent Operations Center and Device Management Enablement platform components, and then start Node-RED.

Procedure

  1. To start the IBM Intelligent Operations Center and Device Management Enablement platform components, follow the instructions in IBM Intelligent Operations Center product documentation: Starting the solution.
  2. To start Node-RED, log on to the server as a root user and enter the following command: 
    /opt/IBM/water/supporting_applications/vds/node-red/startNodeRed.sh
