Test suite editor

In IBM® Integration Designer, the test suite editor is the designated tool for editing test suites. It features a rich user interface that enables you to easily manage your test suites and test cases. The test suite editor has been designed to closely resemble the test client, which helps you easily transition from using one tool to the other.

The test suite editor is shown in the following figure:

As shown in the figure, there are three main pages of the test suite editor interface:
  • 1 Overview page
  • 2 Test Cases page
  • 3 Configurations page

Additionally, there is a Test Data Table view that is not shown in the figure.

Almost all of the tasks that you can perform in the test suite editor are either initiated or performed in these three pages and one view, as described in the following topics:
