Versioning model in test environment fails

After you remove a model with no errors and try to install a new version of that model (with a new time stamp and name) in the test environment, deployment of the model might intermittently fail.

When the failure occurs, the exception might read, for example:

Take the following action to correct the problem:

Procedure

Delete the contents of the wstemp directory.
Restart the test server.
Reinstall the new version of the model.
