The Realtime Action Service requests an authentication token for each IBM MaaS360 Portal API call. This behavior results in redundant token requests instead of reusing existing authentication and refresh tokens for subsequent portal API interactions.

6949

Each Lua script contains its own API call logic and authentication token retrieval logic. As a result, every script requests a new authentication token before making requests to the MaaS360 Portal, leading to an excessive number of authentication token calls.

7022

The Cloud Extender retrieves mailbox policies from Office 365 and sends the information to the MaaS360 Portal as an ActiveSync payload. During the migration from XMPP to MQTT, this payload was not transmitted, resulting in mailbox policy data not being sent to the IBM MaaS360 Portal.
