Restrictions and Network
Use the Restrictions and Network settings to specify global HTTP proxy settings on supervised devices.
The following table describes the Restrictions and Network settings:
| Policy setting | Description |

| Proxy Type | The proxy type. If you choose the manual proxy type, you must provide the proxy server address including the proxy server port and optionally a username and password. If you choose the auto proxy type, enter the proxy auto-configuration (PAC) URL. |
| Proxy Server Address | The proxy server network address. |
| Allow Bypassing Proxy to Access Captive Networks | The device bypasses the proxy server to display the login page for captive networks. The default value is false. |
| Proxy Server Username | The user name that is used to authenticate to the proxy server. |
| Proxy Server Port | The port for the proxy server. |
| Proxy Server Password | The password that is used to authenticate to the proxy server. |
