Administrator and Roles audit reports

Information about audit data history for IBM® MaaS360® Portal administrator and roles.

The following section was earlier named as Portal administration audit reports.

Administrator Login

The Administrator Login report provides the history of the login status for an administrator. Access this report from the IBM MaaS360 Portal at Setup > Administrator logins report.

Field	Description	Possible values
Username	The name of the administrator for which the report is generated.
Login attempt time	The date when the administrator attempted to log in to the portal.	For example, 02/23/2021 05:07 EST
Logout time	The date when the administrator logged out of the login session.	For example, 02/23/2021 05:07 EST
Duration (in minutes)	The time duration that the administrator was logged in to the portal.	For example, 30.8 minutes
Operating system	The operating system of the device that the administrator used to log in to the portal.	For example, macOS 10.15.4
Browser version	The version of the browser that the administrator used to log in to the portal.	For example, Chrome 84.0.4147.89
IP address	The IP address of the device that the administrator logged in from.	For example, 106.XX.XX.XX
Authentication status	The authentication status when the administrator logged in to the portal.	Successful: The login authentication succeeded. User authentication failed: The login authentication failed.

Administrator change history

The Administrator changes history provides the change history details for a selected administrator account for the last 180 days. Access this report from the IBM MaaS360 Portal at Setup > Administrators, select the administrator name, and click History.

Field	Description	Possible values
Action date	The date when the change was initiated on the administrator account.	For example, 05/04/2017 12:19 IST
Action performed	The type of operation performed on the administrator account.	Create: Creates an administrator account. Modify: Modifies the administrator details.
Performed by	The administrator who initiated the change.	For example, admin_username
Browser version	The version of the browser that the administrator used to log in to the portal.	For example, Chrome 84.0.4147.89
Source IP address	The IP address of the device that the administrator initiated the change from.	For example, 106.XX.XX.XX

Role change history

The Administrator roles change history provides the change history details for the role of a selected administrator account for the previous 180 days. You can also access this report from the IBM MaaS360 Portal at Setup > Roles, select the role name, and click History.

Field	Description	Possible values
Action date (in GMT)	The date when the change was initiated on the administrator.	For example, 05/04/2017 12:19
Action performed	The type of action performed on the role record.	Create: Creates a role. Modify: Modifies role details. Delete: Deletes a role. This deletion is audited in the database and not displayed in the user interface.
Performed by	The administrator who initiated the change.	For example, admin_username
Source IP address	The IP address of the device where the administrator initiated the change.	For example, 106.XX.XX.XX
