Viewing order status
As an account manager, having real-time visibility into order status KPIs helps to ensure that each customer conversation is informed. The order status KPIs provide input related to the overall health of a customer account in one view.

Results
The Order status chart provides KPIs that show a holistic view of your orders. This data helps you to assess the status of the orders, track inventory levels, and identify any outstanding issues that require attention.
The chart shows the value or volume and the specific number of orders and order lines for orders that are in one of these states:
- Shipped
- Cancelled
- Back ordered
In the Returns section, you can see the value or volume of returns within the time period that you specified and the percentage of those returns that are unidentifiable.
In the Expiring contracts section, you can see the number of contracts that are approaching their expiration date so that you can proactively begin the contract renewal process. Click the number to open the Contract order list page and view the contracts about to expire. You can also configure the contract expiration time frame. To configure the expiration timeline, go to . In the Contract order section, specify how many days before the expiration date to display data.
