Searching a shipment
You can search for shipments by using the global search option from the menu bar on any screen in the application.
Procedure
- Log on to Sterling™ Store Engagement (Legacy). The Home page opens.
- Click the Search button on the menu bar. The search bar opens with Order as the default entry point.
- From the adjacent menu, select Shipment as the entry point.

Scan or enter an order or shipment number.
- Alternatively, click Advanced Search and enter or select appropriate details. For example, you can enter the order number, select the fulfillment type, choose to include or exclude transfer orders, select the shipment status, select the carrier, specify whether the customer is a pickup recipient, enter customer details, and so on.
- Click Search. If the search results in a single shipment, the
Shipment Summary screen opens. If the search results in multiple shipments, the
Shipment search results screen opens from where you can perform the relevant
tasks for a shipment.To refine the shipment search results, perform the following steps:
- Click the filter icon and select the shipment statuses as required.
- Click Apply. The shipments are filtered accordingly. If you want to remove the filters applied to the list, click Reset.
To sort the shipment search results, perform the following steps:- Click Sort by.
- Choose to sort the shipments by Oldest to Newest or Newest to Oldest expected ship date or pickup date.
- Click Apply. The shipments are sorted accordingly.
