Verifying the server installation
About this task
When you complete the server installation, you can verify it by completing the following steps:
Procedure
- In a browser window, type the address of the IBM® BigFix® Remote Control server. For example,http://yourservername/trc where yourservername is the host name or IP address of your IBM BigFix Remote Control server.
- Verify that the IBM BigFix Remote Control logon screen is displayed.
- Log on with the following admin ID and password - id=admin, password=password.
- At the change details screen, change the password by following the instructions that are given.
