Status of risk assessment records

A risk assessment can have a status of Active, Completed, Draft, or Inactive.

ACTIVE

The risk assessment is available to other records and applications. You cannot change or delete the record.

COMPLETED

The risk assessment is complete. The record is not available to other records and applications. You can change the record if you change the status to Draft.

DRAFT

The risk assessment is being developed or reviewed. This status is the default status of a new risk assessment. The record is not available to other records and applications. You can change or delete the record.

INACTIVE

The risk assessment is not available to open records. You cannot change the record. You can delete the record if it is not associated with any job plans, operating policies, tickets, or work orders.
