Prioritization Matrix application

You use the Prioritization Matrix application to define reasons for work and to build prioritization matrixes. Prioritization matrixes help to ensure that the highest-priority work on an asset is done before lower-priority work. Functions of work, reasons for work, and the priority of assets and locations are used to build prioritization matrixes.

In this application, you can do the following activities:
  • Create and maintain reason-for-work records.
  • Generate prioritization matrix reports, which provide the complete prioritization matrix for an organization and function.

You can associate active reason-for-work records with job plans, service request, and work orders.
