Status of regulation records

A regulation can have a status of Draft, Active, or Inactive.

DRAFT

The regulation record is being developed or reviewed. This status is the default status of a new regulation. The record is not available to other records or applications. You can delete the record if it is not related to other records.

ACTIVE

The regulation is available to other records and applications. You cannot change or delete the record.

INACTIVE

The regulation record is not available to open records. You cannot change the record. You can delete the record if it is not associated with other records.
