Status of operating procedures

An operating procedure can have a status of Draft, Active, or Inactive.

Status	About this status
DRAFT	The operating procedure is being developed or reviewed. This status is the default status for new operating procedures. The record is not available to other records and applications. You can delete the record.
ACTIVE	An operating procedure that has this status is available to other records and applications. You cannot change or delete the record.
INACTIVE	The operating procedure is not available to open records. You cannot change the record.
