Deletion of operator tasks

For auditing purposes, you cannot always delete operator task records. If you cannot delete an activity, you can stop all action on the activity by changing the status of the activity to Canceled.

You can delete activities and tasks that meet the following conditions:

• The status is Waiting on Approval (WAPPR).
• Status changes are the only transactions against the record.
• The activities were not generated for a purchase order or receipt.
• None of the following information was reported:
  • Actuals
  • Failures
  • Follow-up tickets or work orders
  • Labor assignments
  • Meter readings
