Lessons learned from investigations
A lesson that is learned is a type of solution that is normally associated with an after-action review. You can associate one or more lessons that are learned with an investigation.
You can associate a lesson that is learned with an investigation if the status of the lesson that is learned is Draft or Active. If you cannot find an applicable lesson that is learned, you can create one and submit it for approval. An administrator can approve the lesson that is learned for general use.
You create lessons that are learned in the Solutions application. The Solution database table contains solutions and lessons learned.
