Status of consequence records

A consequence can have a status of Draft, Active, or Inactive. You can change a consequence from any status to any other status.

DRAFT

The consequence is being developed or reviewed. This status is the default status of a new consequence. The record is not available to other records and applications. You can change or delete the record.

ACTIVE

The consequence is available to other records and applications. You cannot change or delete the record.

INACTIVE

The consequence is not available to open records. You cannot change the record. You can delete the record if it is not associated with any job plans, Service Requests, or work orders.
