Status of condition-for-work records

A condition-for-work record can have a status of Draft, Active, or Inactive.

DRAFT

The condition-for-work record is being developed or reviewed. This status is the default status for new condition-for-work records. The record is not available to other records and applications. You can delete the record.

ACTIVE

A condition-for-work record that has this status is available to other records and applications. You cannot change or delete the record.

INACTIVE

The condition-for-work record is not available to open records. You cannot change the record. You can delete the record if it is not associated with any job plans, Service Requests, or work orders.
