Audit and survey status values

The lifecycle of an audit and survey record is controlled by statuses. Statuses determine the actions that can be done at different stages of the lifecycle of an audit and survey record.

Status About this status
DRAFT Draft. The default status for new audit and survey records. You can change the status of the record from Draft to In Progress, Survey Entry, or to Inactive. You can delete an audit and survey record only in Draft status.
INPRG In Progress. The audit and survey record is being conducted. Questions in the context of the audit or the survey are added to the record. You can add findings and recommendations based on the responses to the questions. You can change the status of the record from In Progress to Completed or to Inactive.
ENTRY Survey Entry. The questionnaire is being filled out. You cannot modify the questions. You can add findings and recommendations based on the responses to the questions. You can change the status of the record from Survey Entry to Survey Submitted.
SUBMITTED Survey Submitted. The audit and survey record is submitted. You cannot modify the record. You can change the status of the record from Survey Submitted to In Progress.
COMPLETED Completed. The activities for the audit or the survey are complete. All fields are read-only. You can change the status of the record from Completed to Inactive.
INACTIVE Inactive. The fields are read-only on an audit and survey record that is in Inactive status. You can change the status of the record from Inactive to Draft.
