Recording incident details on incident events

You can record details of environmental emissions that are associated with an event to track the operational response to the incident and for operational reporting.

1. From the side navigation menu, click Safety and Quality Management > Incidents (HSE).
2. Select or create an incident and click the Incident Events tab.
3. On the Incident Events tab, click New row. Click Event Type to specify an event type. Specify an emissions-related event type, such as a spill, to display the Emission Details section.
   You can also click Select Event Type to specify the event type.
4. In the Emission Details section, record any information about the emission.
