Generation of risk assessment records

You can generate risk assessment records from job plan, MOC, ticket, and work order applications.

Risk assessments that you generate from the MOC and Work Order Tracking applications apply to the organization, site, and location of the current record in the application. Risk assessments that you generate from other applications are system-level records.

After you generate a risk assessment record from a ticket or a work order application, the originating record is shown on the Related Records tab in the Risk Assessment application.
