Customizing the Operational dashboard

Starting in IBM® Maximo® Health, Safety and Environment 9.0, customize the Operational dashboard to display records such as KPI trends, KPI comparison, KPI value, work queues, and threshold values. You can also add your favorite applications and shortcuts for operations.

Procedure

  1. From the side navigation menu, click Operational Dashboard > Create dashboard.
  2. In the Create dashboard window, enter the name and description for the dashboard.
    You can set the dashboard as the default view. After the dashboard is configured, you can publicly share the dashboard.
  3. To add cards to the dashboard, click Edit (Edit icon).
  4. Click the Add icon (Add icon).
  5. On the Basic and Advanced tabs, add and edit parameters for the selected card.
  6. Add more cards.
  7. Save the dashboard.
