Incidents module

To report potentially unsafe conditions, and to prevent accidents, as a self-service user, you use the Create Incident application to create incident records. The Create Incident application is located in the Incidents module within the Self-Service module.

With the Review Incidents application in the Incidents module, you can review existing incident records and drafts of incident records.
