Known issues

The following issues are known to exist in the QRadar SOAR Plug-in app:

One-way note synchronization

The QRadar SOAR Plug-in synchronizes notes from SOAR to QRadar. Bidirectional note synchronization is no longer supported with the new architecture. It is recommended to use the QRadar Enhanced Data Migration app to synchronize your notes from QRadar to SOAR.

Updates for escalated offense cases

If you modify the events or the flow count of the corresponding offense, the updates for escalated offense cases are triggered. In the QRadar SOAR Plug-in app, you might expect changes to the offense assignee to be reflected in the corresponding case. In such scenarios, a case update does not get triggered.
