Viewing work queue items

Click anywhere on a highlighted row to view all outstanding records within that work queue. Work queues that contain no outstanding records will have no items available to review.

Form view

After clicking on a work queue, the page will switch to the Item Form View.

Form View allows the user to focus on individual work queue items, modify values, as well as approve or defer outstanding records.

The number of outstanding records in the work queue is displayed above the item description in the upper middle section of the page.

Click Next Item or Previous Item to view the remaining items within the work queue.

When the Form View layout for an item within a work queue is edited all other items within that specific work queue will use the same layout. The ability to modify work queue item layouts is, however, only available to View Administrators. Once a new Form View layout has been saved, it will become the default layout for the work queue for all users. If a work queue does not have a custom layout, the default Form View layout is used.

Grid view

To view items within a work queue in Grid View format click the work queue title in the upper left of the Item Form View.

While in Grid View, users may double-click any item to return to Form View.

Grid View is designed to allow users to work with multiple records simultaneously.

Users can select which items to review in Form View by tagging items then selecting Work As A Group from within the Tagged Items drop-down menu.

Users may also create filters, edit multiple items at once and download records in .CSV format.
