Updating public filters

You can update public filters. Save Filters to Filter is available only to administrators. For regular users, Save Filters to Filter option is disabled. Although they can modify a public filter and save it privately, they cannot update the filter itself.

About this task

Administrators can modify public filters.

Procedure

  1. Click the dropdown icon icon.
  2. Click Load Saved Filters.
  3. Select a filter and click Load
  4. Modify the filter.
  5. Click the dropdown icon icon again and select Save Filters to Filters. The older view is overwritten with the changes.
