Using distinct values in column

You can use the Distinct values function to view all unique values within a column.

1. In the Inventory application, click ITEMS.
2. In the ITEMS grid, click the icon on the column to see the Distinct values option.
3. Select Distinct values from the listed option.
4. In the Distinct values window, select the checkbox for one or more values.
5. Click Filter.
6. To change the selected distinct values, click the Distinct values filter label in the filter description field.
   Note: When you select the distinct values window for a field with an existing filter, it automatically selects all the currently filtered values. Changing the selection updates the filter, and removing all selected values clears the filter.
