Refreshing data index

You can confirm that the search index is current.

1. In the Administration application, click System operations ().
2. Click Dashboard.
3. In the Dashboard, select Refresh data index.
4. Click Start refresh.
5. Review the details:
   • Refresh id
   • Status
   • Userename
   • Refresh date

Results

A green check indicates the most recent data index refresh completed successfully.
