Duplicating a work queue

In the Administration application, you can duplicate a work queue. A work queue is a group of items that are filtered with conditions.

1. In the Administration module, click Work queue settings ().
2. In the Work queue settings grid, select the work queue, you want to duplicate.
3. Click icon.
4. Select Duplicate.
5. In the Duplicate work queue grid, edit the field that you want to change.
6. Click Save
