You can add a list entry in the table.
Before you begin
Before you can add a table or field as a code list, it must first be set up in the data
dictionary as a codes list field. Contact support to perform this task. Currently, clients do not
have access to the data dictionary.
Procedure

In the Administration application, under Lookups (
), click Codes
list.
- In the Codes list grid, click Add
.
- In the Add list entry window, in the Table
name field, click the
icon to select the table.
- In the Field name, click the
icon to choose the appropriate
field.
- In the Code field, enter the code.
- In the Description field, enter the description.
Note: You can add the languages as needed in the Description field.
- Click Save.
