Adding list entries in codes lists

You can add a list entry in the table.

Before you begin

Before you can add a table or field as a code list, it must first be set up in the data dictionary as a codes list field. Contact support to perform this task. Currently, clients do not have access to the data dictionary.

Procedure

  1. In the Administration application, under Lookups (Lookups icon), click Codes list.
  2. In the Codes list grid, click AddAdd icon.
  3. In the Add list entry window, in the Table name field, click the chevron icon icon to select the table.
  4. In the Field name, click the chevron icon icon to choose the appropriate field.
  5. In the Code field, enter the code.
  6. In the Description field, enter the description.
    Note: You can add the languages as needed in the Description field.
  7. Click Save.
